Among the referees supporting this year's PWSI Toys for Tots Tournament are Cassie Ferrari, the 2008 US Youth Soccer's National Young Female Referee of the Year, Bethany Horstmann, Virginia Youth Soccer's Young Female Referee of the Year, and  Ryan White, Virginia Youth Soccer's Young Male Referee of the Year. All three officiated at this year's Region I Championships. They will be joined by other referees who also represented Virginia at Region 1 and state events.
