Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC) will be on the field during PW Courage camps, tournaments and selected games (primarily for U13-U19 athletes).  If there is an injury, the ATC will evaluate your athlete and recommend the appropriate next step of care.  

Should an injury occur during a PW Courage practice or game without an ATC, this “fast track” service is available.  If immediate care is needed, identify your athlete as a PW Courage player when presenting to Sentara Lake Ridge. If immediate care is not required, you may call Dr. Layfield’s office for a next weekday appointment (identify athlete as a PW Courage player).  Dr. Layfield’s office number is 703 490 1112.
