Important Information
- As a courtesy to volunteer head coaches and the families purchasing picture packages, we encourage all team members to participate regardless of whether you plan to place an order.
- Arrive 10 minutes before your picture time.
- Wear RED jerseys
- Online picture orders must be placed prior to picture day.

Online Picture Orders
Online orders must be placed prior to or on picture day.
All orders must be placed online. Check and cash payments will no longer be accepted.

- Use the access code: DEANF for PWSI
- Multiple children can be added to the same order for your convenience.
- If ordering for more than one child, you will receive separate order numbers for each child, even if they are placed in the same transaction.
- Parents will receive their order number(s) via email confirmation after completing their purchase.
- Orders cannot be processed without the order number
- The order number generated at checkout must be written on the photo slip (provided at the shoot) and given to the photographer when the child’s picture is taken.
- Picture orders will be shipped to coaches to distribute to families.
