Important Information

  • As a courtesy to volunteer head coaches and the families purchasing picture packages, we encourage all team members to participate regardless of whether you plan to place an order.
  • Arrive 10 minutes before your picture time.
  • Wear RED jerseys
  • Online picture orders must be placed prior to picture day.

  • Use the access code: DEANF for PWSI
  • Completed orders will receive an email and text with the order number.  Order numbers are required on picture day. 
  • Orders cannot be processed without an order number
  • Families ordering pictures for more than one player; each child must have a different order number. 
  • Complete the checkout process for one child before starting an order for another child.
  • Picture orders will be shipped to coaches to distribute to families.
